Greetings, thank you for visiting out site.  The Wellness Station offers a blend of alternative wellness tools and services that can assist you relax the mind, body and spirit all while gaining new empowerment tools on several levels.  We have four "stations" from which you may choose to experience.  Our services include Premier Life Coaching, Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF), Usui Holy Fire Reiki, and our newest addition, a crystal grid sound chair.  

 

Our studio is filled with ambient light, relaxing sounds and healing energy to assist you on your personal wellness journey.  I have personally used these tools for many years to expand my own health and well being.  I have studied prevention philosophy and the benefits of sound, meditation, energy frequencies for decades. I understand that everyone's body responds differently in the restorative stages.

 

I believe, based on my personal life experiences, that most of us have the ability to enhance the trajectory of our own healing process.  The power of human mind is an incredible gift that can spark healing in our hearts, mind, body and soul.  I am here to offer a safe place for you to learn and experience new tools that you may find elevating to you on several levels.  An experience at The Wellness Station is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and more grounded than when you arrived.
